**The Building**
Bells Apartments are at 39 Castle Street, Cambridge. They are in the oldest part of the ancient town: a mere 100 yards from Castle Mound and 200 yards from Castle Park: a 5-Star location (with 3 star prices): no need for taxis nor buses to get to the main tourist areas. The building is Grade II listed and has been thoroughly restored to exacting standards, preserving it's original character while meeting the demands of modern tourism. Each flat is self contained and has been professionally soundproofed from the other.

**Central Location**
The most important feature of the flats is their genuine centrality - just 5 minutes walk from the market square and main shopping area and 2 minutes from Magdalene College and the famous "backs" of St Johns, Trinity, Clare and the University library. If you need access to the railway station or Addenbrookes Hospital there are bus stops just down the road.

**Assistance**
Also important for our guests is proximity to you: we live a mere 100 metres away: we are always available to meet your requirements (or let you in when you forget your keys).A Ring Doorbell is in the communal entrance lobby which enables guests to contact us immediately should they need to. We also have extra security: a main door onto Castle Street and then your own door in thelobby to your flat. Obviously there are different keys to each flat door: guests have ABSOLUTE PRIVACY in their flats! Both rented flats are fully-equipped: washing machine/dryer, TV,DVD, Radio,CD,hairdryer and full cooking facilities. There is also wireless broadband.
These flats are used as short term serviced accommodation lets and are therefore exempt of security of tenure under the Rent Act. We also require on booking that you will have read and accepted the terms and conditions on our booking form which we request you fill in and sign. On booking a deposit of 50% will be required; the remainder to reach us three weeks before arrival. Deposits are not refundable unless: in case of your cancellation or failure to pay the balance within the stated time we will endeavour to fill the time which you had booked and, if successful, reimburse you your entire monies minus a 10% or £50 administration charge: whichever is the greatest. Bookings will only be accepted from clients who are aged 18 years or older. We also ask for a deposit of £60 for the keys; this will be returned in cash on return of the keys when the client departs. The place was bright and 1 min walking distance to the river CAM, and 10 min to the city centre. Sometimes we would arrive tired and in a hurry to feed the baby, and no problem, once she was a sleep my husband just walked a block to get us some curry takeaway, or crossed the street to the pub.
